Wednesdays @ 7:30pm-8:30pm
Saturdays @ 12pm-1pm

Description:  60 minute workout comprised of strength & conditioning, core & balance, plyometrics and of course Jumping Rope!  Each class is different, so there's something for everyone. 


Women's Strength & Conditioning
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30pm-7:30pm

Women’s strength & conditioning is a 60 minute class that focuses on improving the  participant’s balance, stability, stamina and functional strength in a group setting.
